Orders and Purchasing

Upon placing an order on the website, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email to let you know that we have received your order. Please retain this email for future reference should you need to contact us about your order. If you do not receive an email, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing hello@nicelysourced.co.uk

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) and all payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe is a secure payment system and is certified to the most stringent level of certification, PCI Service Provider Level 1. We do not store any sensitive information.

Delivery

To keep things simple we have a flat shipping cost of £5.00. Because we run our business as a side project we ship goods three times per week (on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays) so your order should be shipped within a max of 3 days from point of order. We use myHermes for mainland UK deliveries (2-4 days) and a signature will be required upon delivery.

If you require any orders to be shipped quicker than above then please email us at hello@nicelysourced.co.uk and we will see what we can do to meet your requirements. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Refunds

We source all of our products from independent makers and as such individual products can vary slightly from piece to piece or from the photographs on the website. We always endeavour to use high quality photos and provide descriptions and dimensions that are as accurate as possible.

However if you receive your product and are not 100% satisfied then we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of your receipt of product. All refunds will be paid, less the original cost of postage, upon safe return of the products to us. If you decide you want to return any products then please email us as soon as possible to let us know that you will be returning an item. We would always suggest using signed for and insured delivery when returning any items to us and all items must be sent back undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that you receive broken or damaged items, please photograph the goods and send them via email to hello@nicelysourced.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will then arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

We value your privacy and as such any personal information that we receive is wholly confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
